Discovery Health National Body Challenge
I signed up today for the free Discovery Health National Body Challenge at www.discoveryhealth.com -- the reason I bring it up is that they're offering a free 8 week membership to Bally's, just for signing up!! I need to get back to my fitness plan, so I thought maybe this could help some of you kick-start yours as well!
