Doesn't it feel good to just laugh out loud at weigh****chers!  No more feeling guilty, how you should be going to meetings, counting points, should have done it better last time, etc.  Hey, and no offense from me either.  If it works for people, and I know it does, great for them!  I just know I paid weigh****chers and tried to do their program for a total of a few years with no results other than the scale going up.  Glad to be done with it!
