I've found my post surgery trigger food.

French Fries......

I couldn't stop eating them Friday night at the restaurant I ate about 1/3 of them....my friend ate 1/3......then stupid me brought the last 1/3 home and ate them yesterday. No problems eating them in that quantity.....very yummy. Very bad for me.....

Oh well.....now can I whine about moving? So much work....sooo soooo tired.

OMG, your too funny, I was just going to post about this.  I'm still unable to eat certain foods, yesterday I got stuck 3 times before 1pm, then chose all kinds of bad foods that went down ok.... today, scale up 4 lbs.  plus, that extra large snickers I had  Friday night didnt' help, but MANNN was it good.  I even had some between my boobs that melted. lol  OH, well, back to drinking my water.  I miss my stool softner tho (TMI) can't swallow it any more, and those other things don't work,  Beni fiber is junk !!

One word - OATMEAL.

I used absolutely everything after surgery, in my entire life right up to surgery I had only experienced constipation 2 to 3 times......gimme my IBS anytime over that.

When I started back to work I needed to have something easy and quick for breakfast in tthe am since the days of my DD croissant sandwich were over. I started having oatmeal everyday - I no longer have issues nor do I need to take anything to help it along. Just a thought - this is what worked for me, may not for others.

Melted chocolate between the boobs.....heh.......I use to have a man in my life that would have been driven crazy over that!

French fries!  YUMMMYY!!  I'm sure, with the new house and all the work you want to do, that you'll "work" them off!      No worries!

Better stay clear of those fries.

I have a dear RNY friend who advised me after surgery- " a year from now, don't try eating chocolate to see if you can handle it"........ It's a major trigger food for her.

Cheryl- you really got "into" that chocolate bar, huh???

Oatmeal, would be great if I could eat breakfast, I can't even have protein drink.  till after 10am, then I'm almost ready for lunch.  as for the choc, it was a frozen one, so it was a little crispy, and it kept falling between the girls, I thought I got them all out, but I guess I missed a few.
