a belated thank you

I finally sat down to write thank-you notes today (where does the time go??) and realized that I don't have any of your addresses so I would like to thank you all here, publicly. Candace, Cheryl, Patty, Kathi, Emily, Deb, Melissa, and Ruth...I think that is all, but please forgive me if I have forgotten someone. Thank you all so much for making the trip to my ordination. It meant so much to me to have your support there, just as it means to have it here, And I thank you for the beautiful cards and the the plant and the gifts. The earings some of you made are just beautiful and I will enjoy wearing them for years to come. I also  want to thank those of you who wanted to come but who could not and who sent me private messages to wish me well and offer your blessings. You are such an amazing group of wonderful women. I thank God for you. I fear that I do not support you by posting as much as I would like, but know that you are never far from my thoughts and prayers and I check in on you all regularly. I will always be a Mainer at heart and I carry all of your hearts with me.

xxoo

Hi!

You are an amazing person and I truly wish you all the best things in life!  You deserve them!

For me, it was an honor to be at your ordination and share in that very special time in your life!  It was a very beautiful ceremony and you can tell that you are LOVED by many people!

I wish you all the best in your new home but please never forget us here in Maine!  We miss you already!

Hugs!

I truely enjoyed your ordination and wouldn't have been anywhere else that evening. The service was inspirational and such a tribute to the call you received to the pastorate. I loved the music too.

Of course you'll always be a Mainer!

I hope your new church is learning to love you as those at your former church do.

Terri - you touch people in ways I'm not sure that you will ever know. Your church is very lucky to have you in their community.

I am so glad to hear from you.  You have been missed and we have all understood what an exciting, exhausting time this is for you so no worries. Youa re in my prayers as well, you are out there being God's hands, feet, heart and mouth, and your church is lucky to have you. Go slowly, as Proverbs says, watch and listen.
