i"ve read and heeded all kinds of advice from this forum for a while now. I've waited for news to share that i just couldn't keep to myself any longer, and it has finally happened.....i weighed in UNDER 200lbs this morning for the first time since I can remember!
My goal for a healthier life is now something I can really see happening for me.
I feel very fortunate today.
Thanks for all your help (even if you didn't know you were giving it)

Lap RNY January 2003 -lost 130 pounds
regained about 60 pounds due to gastro-gastric fistula
Fistula repair and revision January 2010 -down 21 pounds so far!

I am so glad you are doing well.

NOt all but some the bad things happen to gastric bypass patients because they dont stay compliant. I do realize it is hard to count calories the rest of your life and make healthy choices. But this tool has helped me attain that goal and I am so thankful for that.

Hope you continue to be healthy and that high blood pressure stays away.
