What's PB2? Just wondered as I've seen some of you refer to it in recipes. Thanks for the info.

It's made by www.bellplantation.com - it's the by product left in the production of peanut oil. It is a powder - and you can use it dry or reconstituted with water as a spread - without all the fat.
