I want to try this again, if you all don't mind, entertain me ....

Thursday:
45 min walk

B: Slim Fast Optima (10g protein)
S:  2 Coffee's
L: 8 scallops  OH OH,  i'm not doing so well, I was hungry and lost control...
S; ff pudding
D: Scallops and salad

I'm not very entertaining, but here goes!!!!!

B: cal countdown FF milk
S: wasa cracker with PB2
L: lf cheese stick with turkey rolled up
S:  my heavenly nuked apple!
S#2:  lite chips (Pringles....bad but SOOOO good!!!)
D:  ??   heading off to freeze at DS's football game, so gotta get me some protein once I get home!


I've been at a standstill weight-wise for a week or two, so I'm changing things up AGAIN!  Increased calories yesterday and today and no exercise yesterday or today (no time today!  YIKES!)  Let's see what happens!  

You sure aren't eating much Cheryl!   Make sure you are getting your protein!  We need you healthy you know!!!!!!!

I've been over 400 cals for quite some time now........hahaha!  I just worry bout ya!!!!!! 

It's 930pm and I'm just eating supper.......not good!  Off to do my paperwork now!  Even more not good!   I'll get to bed sometime tonight!

exercise: packing and a pissed off dog who didn't get to go for a walk

B: Oatmeal with blueberries (my answer to problems with it coming out in the end)
S: 100 cal. Balance protein bar
L: Chicken carbonara - pastaless
S; Cocoa roasted almonds (****** of the mouth)
D: Stuffed green pepper casserole
S: Ruth's microwaved apple (see I remembered today - didn't need a grocery list )

There I did that just for you Cheryl....I'm not much of a tracker.....but I managed to remember what I did eat today at my advanced years!!!
