mornings are killing me
so i've been fine for a few days, no slimeing. so after a week of still not loosing weight, I said that I was going to start getting a breakfast in "Either protein shake or oatmeal" OATMEAL!!! not a good idea, here I go slimeing again. so back to yakki protein shakes for breakfast. I've hardly eaten this week. and the scale only went down one lb. and that was one of three lbs I had gainned. I'm going to have a sad day, I'm feeling very frustrated again. I just don't understand my body. Give me a break.........

I totally understand that, BUT I"M NOT eating. It is after 11:00 and other then a bite of oatmeal and meds, which made me slime all morning, I haven't had anything. I had 1/2 c of protein powder in my coffee and slimed and now finally feel great, I'll have a yogurt for lunch and hopfully back to normal for supper. I"ll be damn after all this waiting for restriction i'm gonna let this band win. I WILL figure this out. NEW PLAN is:

WATER WATER WATER
S: Cheese stick (IF I can)
Dinner: protein/meat, veggie and ff desert (pudding, fuggicle), MEDS

Oh I'm sorry about not losing I'm at a stand still myself. I love my protein in the morning. Than I have yorgert, a bit for lunch and I have a hard time at night I don't know if I'm too tired or what. I've tried the crock pot and that stuff is a lot better thank god. I'm not drinking my water which I have to get back to, seems I lost better when I drank more water. Keep up the fight the pounds will come off. Hang in there. I'm right there with you.

Judy, I found something at Walmart I need to share with you. I never buy their meat, but I bought a few bags of frozen, boneless, skinless chic breast in a bag. they are the best chic and tender i've ever had. last night I layed 4 in bottom of cassarole dish, I mixed 1 cup of reduced fat sour cream w/1/2 envel of lip onion soup and 1/4 c milk, pour over chicken and bake in over at 350 for 1 1/2 hours, it was soooo tender with a nice sauce on top, easy and good
