I want

I want to walk daily, and I want to walk near a boardwalk, with boats, and people, walking their dogs, shops, cars driving by.  I want to be able to walk 2hours withought even noticing it.  cause its so interesting and not boreing like it is walking at my house.  I HATE WALKING or exercise.  Can someone please make it fun for me??  Any ideas?  I do'nt want to drive 2 hours a day to get somewhere fun,  Ijust need to make this interesting.

I really dont know what exersize is fun.... I hate to exersize too.... thats why i am forever trying to get someone to go with me or walk with me... sorry I couldnt be more help.... hugs

I am SOOOO with you on this one!!!!!!  I am tired of walking in my neighborhood!  I'm tired of staring at the tv while I ride my stationary bike or do the eliptical or treadmill at the gym!   Don't get me wrong....I'm glad I have someplace to go and get the exercise I need and I still do it, but it's boring!     I use my ipod with cool music, but it still gets "old" after a while!!!!!!!!   I can't afford to drive far either!   If anyone has great ideas, I'm open to them too!  (I need that wii fit!  haha)

How about a shopping trip on Weds??  Anyone??   I am taking the day off......I need a "mental health" day!

eta:  Oh yeah, I got home early today and instead of going to the gym, I decided to work out here at home. So, for something different, I tried reading a book while I was riding my stationary bike....guess what............I have an upset stomach now!  WTH???   Figures, right??  oh well....I'll try something else next time!!!

shoot, I would be up for shopping, you know me. hehe, but Got Staff day, no work for mlm... oh, did I tell you I signed up for a "belly dancing class" ?  hahahaaaa, boy, this will be fun, i'm going with my neighbor.

Move....FLorida would be year round walking, i'd go with you, we could get a little house together, right by the marina in whatever town...and then we could walk, past the boats, the shops, the outdoor cafes and well, ...that would work, I think...or maybe the Bahamas, and we could open a little business and walk the length of theisland everyday and swim, yeah that's it, we'll swim everyday, too....

I'm lucky - Belfast has many great places to walk like you are describing. The bellydancing class sound like a lot of fun - I've always wanted to do that - even thought I'm at total uncoordinated klutz who has no rhthym.

Do you have a gym nearby? Going to the right gym can be a lot of fun from the social aspect.

can I move in with you?  we can do belly dancing together even.  I am totally uncoordinated klutz too, I think that is why I was asked to go.  everyone wants to see me doing it.  OH, well, I'm up for some serious laughing.   our small town is holding a class at the high school.  Oh, yea, while you go towork, i'll peel your wallpaper and play with the pooch!!!
