let me tell you about my new friend
yup, you guessed it... Scallops... I am looking for tons of recipes. I am sharing with you, not sure if you want them, but oh, well. I like to share with my friends. here is one i'm trying tonight, I tried the one with sour cream last night, OMG, it was so good I was almost licking the pan I cooked it in. family is getting chinese pie, MLM grilled cheese is tom soup. Its aweful cooking for a bunch of Fussy people.

1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Pinch paprika
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
Pinch oregano
1/2 c. tomato juice
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
4-5 Italian frying peppers

1 lb. scallops
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Pinch paprika
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
Pinch oregano
1/2 c. tomato juice
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
4-5 Italian frying peppers
Place scallops in baking dish and sprinkle with paprika, parsley, oregano. In saucepan pour tomato juice; add chopped parsley, paprika, oregano and garlic powder. Bring to boil; let simmer 6 minutes until thickened. Pour mixture over scallops. Arrange mushrooms and Italian peppers (halved and cleaned) around scallops. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until scallops are done.
