I made   beans   with honey and splenda and molasses
they are good


Also made a great big canner of  chicken soup 
with  chicken  beans   rice potato  beef broth carrots  peas string beans  broccoli and onion

oh it is so good.  

I amde more than  i needed  but took  half to my sons house and froze  some and we will eat it for a couple days.

You and Cheryl, and everyone else on here that cooks a bunch.....are my heroes!    You ALL amaze me!!!!!

I had some cereal for breakfast, skipped lunch as mom and dad came over just as I was getting ready to fix something, and then had an early supper!  Boy oh boy do I have A LOT of protein and fluids left to get in today!  YIKES!

Nothing like a pot of soup simmering on a stormy day, eh?

Heh...I do like the cook once reheat several time kind of meals myself!

I made some country spare ribs,  scallops, salad, steak and potato salad  I ate a small salad w/scallops and apple sauce, all went down wonderful and I feel great. ThankGod !!!  I wanted a bite of rib so bad, gotta say I licked my fingers a few times.
