What is your motivation?

I so need to get exercising again. I have lost my motivation Boo Hoo as a resuult my losses have been nil lately. My own fault I know. I am getting more energy just need to remotivate. So any suggestions would be appreciated.

My motivation is always the next big event in my life...I have a 5 pound goal for Nov. 4th- to be from 293 to 287 from last week, so that gave me 3 weeks to hit it. I have a 20 pound goal for christmas....I want to be 273 and I havea big picture goal which is to be under 250 by the time I have surgery...think of your next big event and say you want to lose an average of 2-3 lbs a week by then and it works girl!
Baby girl Morgan born 5/28/10, 2 weeks before my 1 year surgiversary. Angel concieved 09/10, lost 10/13/10, was due in June 2011. Baby #2 (our rainbow) on their way, due 7/27/11- Miley Victoria or Maddox Michael

My dog. She's a real pain in the butt.....like right now.....in my face to go for a walk and doesn't give up until she gets her way - wanna borrow her?

Also - finding exercise that I like is important - like walking or my Wii.

And speaking of walking....I'm going....going now.....sheese.....

Great to see you posting!!  Glad you are around!!!

I just made a post about exercise too.......but I think I'm having the opposite problem!  YIKES!

Motivation......hmmm...guess it's different for all of us!  I just tell myself it's something I have to do to be successful (maybe that's my issue??)     Guess you just have to find something that you enjoy (at least a little bit) and then set aside some "YOU" time to get it done.  It's hard some days!

Glad to hear you getting more energy!  Keep it up!  I KNOW you can do it!
