Being Impatient...
Ok so I called the Dr office today and asked If they had the results from my office visit and they did.... So I am going to stop by the office 2morrow and Give them the results from the sleep study and I think I might Asked to be weighed... Corrine Suggested that I move my appt from the 5th to the 3rd so that way if The weight is off then they can talk about me in thier meeting thing... So I need to work really hard to make sure the weight comes off and stays off... Someone suggested that all I eat is meat and eggs.... Does that sound ok? Eggs for a whole week? Um...
ewww, i'd be ok with meat and cheese, but eggs, ewwww, do you like deviled eggs? I make an egg pizza that is really good too. but I"m not an egg person. yak! also, good if you do that temporarily is a turkey slice, with a slice of cheese rolled up around a pickle, yummy, crunchy too..you can do this, think of how lucky you are not being on just liquids like other dr's recommend. I'm dying just doing it tonight after my fill. I'd love a chicken leg right about now.
Yeah you would basically be doing like an Atkins diet or South Beach phase one. I know on the SB phase one you cut out all starches/carbs. So it would work at dropping the weight. How many more lbs did Corrine say you had to lose? Does it have to be exactly 14 lbs...I know with my 10% it was plus or minus a couple of lbs.
If I were you I would do the egg beaters instead of real eggs. You get the protein without the cholesterol. Just cut portion sizes. Watch the SODIUM that can be a killer and drink more water. That should do it lol. Good Luck I would still get in fruit and veggies just keep portions down. Just me though. If you keep calories under 1000 you will lose.
You can do this. You are so close. Good luck with what ever path you take to loose the weight.
