Lisa I cook for every imaginable fussy eaters.  I learned to cook many varieties w/ several side dishes to go along with it.  YOu really should get a crock pot with the hours you work.  it would be awesome.  What kids of food does you son like?

Well I usually eat everything that my fam eats... Just my portion size is different..  but I guess all that will change when I have a pouch that might be fussy...

What a great question.
The family had tortelini and salad last night- I had some chili.
Tonight DH and I made a homemade chicken soup. It has leeks, sweet potatoes, parsnip, carrots, onion, and a clear broth base. I asked him to put potatos in rather than rice or pasta. I'll have some of that tonight.

I don't have to deal with a family and feeding - which has it's own pluses and minuses....but I do eat meals with friends frequently. Generally speaking we plan meals that accomodate all of us - I just usally eat the protein portion and vegetables and occasionally starch - just not every day.

This question made me laugh, cause we had # 1 granddaughter's birthday dinner at DS's Wed night.  He is an incredible cook, and made chicken cordon bleu, rice and broccoli with cheese sauce and I had some of everything, just wee bits.  He tried to put the right amount on my plate and I ate about a third.  My DH said, this surgery is the best thing that ever happened-TO ME!! Cause he cleans my plate!! LOL I really have not limited myself to anything except fried foods oh and lobster, and sugar, so I am so conteneted to eat smaller portions and as I always say, I ate whatever I wanted for 56 years, I can deal with not eating it for the next 56!! Now that I have them!!'

It was magic when she realized who she had become...
