Went for my 20min walk around the parking lots at work...  Gonna eat a light supper... and then on the gazelle I go... gonna shoot for 45 minutes....

Hey does anyone know anything about leg cramps??? I have one in my calf muscle and I was wondering if there is something good for that...???

You GO GIRL!  You are doing awesome!  (I had to skip the gym as DD needed a ride back to school!  I shoulda made her walk!  haha)  Keep it up!

I get leg cramps at times and I drink some Powerade Zero. It doesn't have much potassium, but seems to work for me.  Bananas are good too

Bananas are the best bet...one every morning or else I wake up in the middle of the night with charlie horses

I think you are so awesome, I wasn't nearly as good as you - I didn't start exercising until 5 months post op - you will be so much further ahead by this work you are doing now.
