Soo good but sooo bad

So my hubby has thursday's off...I don't...but I do get 1 1/2 hr lunch, I came home to meet him and we decided to go to Subway. I am using WW points to help drop some weight and stay on track for my pre-surgery diet. I decided to have the new chicken pizziola sandwich on wheat bread- foot long...got home to enter in the point value, it was 25 points. I get 36 points per day, a person who weighs only 200 lbs only gets 24 points per day....its crazy. The sandwich was pretty good but the next time I go I might just pick a healthier sandwich or only get a 6 inch, since after surgery there is no way I will get in a footlong sandwich I am sure... With my other 11 points for the day I was only able to get in my protein, using tuna cups and string cheese and yogurt (the sandwich had 46 grams of protein)...but I will def. think twice before getting a sandwich like hat again where I am unable to get all day- crazy!

The  sandwich actually sounds yummy!!!  I have done WW points once or twice or three times....you get the picture.....anyway what I would do is to look up menu and nutritional info on the web before I went someplace and made my choices based on the point calculations.

Man, I've only eaten 2 or 3 sandwiches since I've had surgery - just my choice not to do bread very often, a trigger food for me.
