I'm sorry I've been lurking around and not saying much I'm trying to put a picture on my site and can't figure it out.  I can't believe what happened.  I'm so sorry about that.  I will try to be more involved.

decaf counts as fluid not regular

I think the liquid diet means nothing with calories in it... ( thats what my Nut said)

I know it sucks...I miss my coffee, I switched to 1/2 decaf but it's just not the same.  I'd rather just go with out which is what I do most days.  It's just I  LOVED my coffee in the morning!!
