I had my pre-op appt today, all I can say is WOW. I guess the liquid protein thing is working because I've lost 10 lbs since last Monday. There is so much to prepare but it is so worth it. I can't believe that surgery is less than 1 week away. I'll be on the losers bench before I know it.

what have you been using for your protein diet?

I am using Body Foretress Super Advanced Whey Protein-Chocolate, I prefer the powder rather than the pre-made shakes, the pre-made ones seem to leave a bad taste in my mouth.
