JUST ONE MORE STOP ON THE WAY!!!!!!!!

Well i had my visit with Dr. Haung and he approved me for gastric bypass and for the lapricopic procedure at that. All that is stopping us now is we are waiting on the insurance company to approve. I had my visit on Thursday so now i am tryiing to be patient. This sucks im not exactly all that patient. lol.

The waiting it is the worst - I hated it. You are almost there - before you know it, you'll be posting that you have a surgery date!

Oh but you are in the last stretch!! It will happen before you know it!!  I pray that you hear soon!!   Does Dr Huang wait for the approval before scheduling?  My surgeon scheduled a tentative surgery date, even before I was approved. Keep us posted!! 

I feel ya... I'm waiting on stupid sleep study and then for them to send it to insurance.... so your closer than me!   Good Luck and let us know!!!

See for my sleep study i ended up in the ER for the first time and the second time they had me come in for the titrations. With in a week or two, thanks to lynn i got my cpap. She helped me get that rolling.

Sounds like your appt went well!  Hope the insurance doesn't take too long!  Keeping my fingers crossed for you!!!! 

I found out on Friday that Dr. Loggins approved me for surgery and Crystal was submitting my packet into my insurance.  I'm waiting right alongside you! I'm not very patient when it comes to things like this either! My mother had RNY on September 15th and she looks fantastic already.  I want to make some forward progress here! lol

You're at the home stretch now. I know exactly how you feel. I wanted things to happen yesterday rather than wait.........
Let's hope for a surgical date that's soon.
