The Sun Journal had an ad this morning: Ladies Workout Express has Zumba Classes!
$35 for 6 weeks....call 777-1171 for more info. I think they are in Auburn, or maybe Lewiston.

OK- I have to confess- I didn't know what the heck Zumba was. I am an exercise moron.

So the "queen of Google" went to work- Zumba - Latin dance exercise. That sounds like fun! I'll have to check that out in my area.

FYI, I looked on line and it looks like there are only 2 lady's fitness in Maine, one in Bethel and one in Lewiston. Hmmmm??? I will call tho, I just tried and there was no answer?? will let you know when I find out.
