my Mom

can you believe it they are operating now, they called at 6:30 and finally her name came up on the waiting list.  she hasn't eaten or drank anything since Thurs. we were concerned she would dehydrate, they couldn't find her a vein, they kept blowing up.  then had the dry heaves.  She is a very sick lady, I hope they can take care of her today and she will feel 100 % better.  she wants a steak.  well, i'm off to Hospital with my brother for the day.  Hope your day is better then mine will be.  I ate at Burger King yesterday.  hadn't eaten in almost a day, ate way too much, it hurt.  well, have a great day, talk to you soon,  Hugs, ME !!!

FYI... dr. just called all went well, she is very weak "NO ****"  (no pun intended)... got her all un packed, no infection from her surgery 2 weeks ago, which we were worried about.  so all looks good and will be released later today. 

I'mmmm backkk!  well, mom is doing great, well, mostly, she don't want to eat, cause then she' have to poop, and she dont 't want to.  OH Boy>>> she dont' want to come home, so we fixed it to keep her another night.  She is doing great, nurses are spoiling her so she is loving it.  I set up an appt. with Nutritionist so she can hear how important eating veggies, fruit and drinking water is for a NORMAL POOP... sheeesh, she is soooo stubborn.  well anyway, thanks for all your support.  its really hard to eat healthy on the road and at the hospital,   I tried packing a lunch but brother wanted to eat in cafe. and the chic. and mashed pot. w/gravy looked sooooo good.  Oh, well.???

Glad to hear all went well!!  PHEW!    What a relief!  Glad they were able to keep her an extra night......hopefully they can get her eating and feeling better before she goes home! 

Don't worry about eating out........start again tomorrow, right???  

I'm glad things worked out for her....hehe....and that she got to stay the night - it will give you all a break. You must be exhausted.
