Dietician Appointment tomorrow

My first appointment with the dietician at the center is tomorrow at 2:00. I am pretty excited becuase since the last time I went (about 1 1/2 weeks ago) for my first initial appointment I have been doing weigh****chers. At the doctors office that first day I weighed 299. I have been checking the scale frequently (even though I know I shouldn't) and it keeps dropping. Tomorrow will be my weigh in day but yesterday my husand went to the doctors office and I got on their scale- said 293! I think tomorrow I will be somewhere between 293-295/296....but Iam really happy that I have been able to stick to the diet, there were a few though times this week in which my belly kept telling me to eat bad things but I stuck to it and did wonderful....

Just thought I would share my success with everyone. I will post tomorrow what my weight was at the appointment. I want to be near 273 by christmas, and with all of your help and support I know I can do it...

On another note- I mostly use this site at work Sunday through Thursday so I am most likely not going to post on Fridays and Saturdays because I am spending time with hubby and family....But I will be thinking of you all!

It's really exciting to see that scale moving in the right direction! Just remember that there WILL be ups and downs and stalls! Don't get too hung up on them, ok??

Great job - you should be proud, it's not easy.

It is great however to be able to progress through the appointments to get to the time when you qualify to have your surgery.

Sticking to a weight loss program will make surgery and dealing with your new food menu after surgery easier. Good for you for sticking to your program and not giving in to temptations.
