I didn't realize that one could have too much B12 or Iron. What do they say about that?

Who is the Curves guy?

it's really strange - but if you ask two different bangor patients you'll get two different answers. Where I work - there is a woman who sit right next to me who had the same surgeon 6 months prior to me - it's like a whole different program. Some of it's interpretation for sure, but this has been an issue for me dealing with "what am I suppose to do".

I take calcium 2x daily,  a regular multi 1x daily (they had us use flintstones for the first couple of weeks after surgery, after that a regular womens multi) b-12 I'm suppose to do 1x per week - but I've been doing 2-3 times per week and feeling a whole heck of a lot better doing that. No iron supplement here.

Thanks David.  Do you get it online?  I just buy one daily at rite aid it has all those vitamins but at 100% of the recommended daily allowance.  Under $10 and it has 365 tablets. Only have to take one a day. But I take two of them.

I am sorry, what did you mean?  Why am I taking what I am taking?   I got sick of chewables ( the taste of the Centrum, that yucky gritty orange flavor)

Or why am I asking?  I am just curious.  I see alot of people are not educated or even told differently on what they should take for vitamins.  We should all be taking 2 multi a day, Iron, B12 and calcium for life.  Just trying to prevent someone from getting in trouble and getting vitamin difficency.
