Has anyone had Dr Cobean as a surgeon either for by-pass or revision?
What is he like?

I was originally going with Dr. Cobean but his wait list was almost a year before I could even get my first consultation. I was thru the process and had surgery by then with Dr. Loggins. I hear wonderful things about Dr. Cobean but have not had a personal experience with him.

Lap Band on 05/22/07

I have talked to Dr. Cobean at a support group. He is very nice. I had Dr. Wolff who is in the same office with him. She too is very nice. I had the Lap Band,,, Dr. Wolff thought it woud be better for me because of all medications I take for my migraines,,, the pouch of RNY would have trouble with it.

Hi Cindy,

I had Dr Cobean for my by-pass. He is an excellant surgeon. He is matter of fact and tell you like it is.. I had no complications whatsoever.

Lap Band on 08/22/08

I had Dr Cobean but for the LapBand. I agree he is great and I also had no complications!!!
