I always take Nyquil....the caplets, I don't dare to take the liquid, I think it would burn way to much!!  I never had to worry about the headache.......I am always knocked out from taking them to fast!!  Hope your night gets better......

take it from me, i have suffered with sinus issues all my life, the best thing you can do is buy a can of simply saline (if you can't find that use ocean)  Just saline spray will help you.  None of that stuff that has chemicals.

I agree with Kathi on the saline - I use to have tons of problems with sinus infections as well - now I rarely get them. I also will use benydryl if it gets to be too much for me.

Hope you find something that works for the sinus pressure!  I've had a headache all day myself!  This STINKS!       Hope you feel better soon!

BTW....been a busy day!  Worked all day, homework with the boys, football game (and FROZE my butt off from 415 until 630) supper, then picked up DD from field hockey game, watched House while I rode my stationary bike and lifted my weights, then finished my paperwork, now checking in here!  I think I'm heading off to bed in a few minutes!

Hope you had a decent day!  Feel better!!!!!!!!

Hello!

I agree with the saline, I have chronic Sinusitis and the big thing they always tell me is rinse, rinse, rinse.  I might also suggest you go to your Doctor and request something like Nasonex or another corticosteroid that will help cut down on future pressure.

Good Luck....
