I just run away and cry!   

Actually......I get stressed A LOT when there's a lot going on around here (games, supper, paperwork, homework, etc, etc, etc) and I feel pressed for time!  THEN.......I get stressed because I run out of time to get to the gym and exercise...hence, the treadmill, stationary bike and bowflex in the family room........so I can do SOMETHING while I unwind and watch TV)  Sometimes though, I DO just have to go into my bedroom, close the door and have a little cry.  Sounds stupid, but then I feel better, can gather my thoughts together and plan an attack on everything that is piling up on me!  (BTW...I've never smoked, hardly ever drank...alcohol, except when I was in college/single, I guess food was/is my vice??) 

Exercise is always a good option for me when I wanna cram my face with oreo's.....sorry, I HAD to get back to Oreo's!!!!!!!  haha

No, crying does not sound stupid. It actually is a very healthy way to release emotions. I wish that I could cry - haven't been able to for several years now.

I can cry at almost anything (I STILL can'****ch Rudolf the Red Nosed Reindeer without crying!)             Now...with hormones running rampant in my body and my blood sugar bouncing around........hhhhhmmmmmm...I'm a basket case at times!!!!!!!   oh well.......

that's weird, I don't cry either, I mean, I tear up when I talk about the dog or how proud I am of the kids, but to say I cry boo hooo, I hanv't in years,  I'm lucky and blessed with my DH and life, NOW !!  things will get better when you have more time for "YOU"...
