L: small salad w/ff dressing, turkey pattie,1/2 s/cheese, 1 sl/fried onions
S: ham, nuts, cheese
D: turkey patti, mayo, wasa crackers,
Water: Done
total: 1123 calories
Exercise: Mow lawn, DONE...10 min. power walk DONE, gazelle 20 mins DONE (thanks for reminding me I have one Jessica)

you go girl - my best advise - is just make sure you are getting dense protein, that will keep you full longer.

And yes - a get together in Waterville would be fun sometime - I'm signing for my house on Thursday though, so it will be a while before I can do something. ...painting......painting.....painting......cleaning......painting......moving......oh....and only a couple of vacation days left to do this in........

breakfast for me  was   cold corn on cob  and protein shake
dad gave me some from his  garden  yesterday so i cooked them after i got home  and  it is so good.  no  butter on it  just corn 

lunch today will be  yogurt
cabots at  shaws has a greek yogurt   chockolate and  rasberry   pretty good.
another piece of corn i think 

supper  tonite  is left overs   i think so i will have  spinach soup and  4 crackers

so lets see how  close i stick to this lol
oh yes another piece of corn  then they are gone lol

I have had my  35 minute walk2632 steps  for  1.3 miles so far will do  more a little later


my goal this week is to exercise on wii  for three  days and try to walk for 4 days


Maine gal  should be at the hospital  now!!!!

cool meeting would be great, but not right now, I have tons to do to get ready for winter, but if you ever come south, let me know.  Lewiston/ portland??? and thanks for your support.  WE'll set something up, even shopping in Augusta, yooohooo for xmas...
