Sorry i have not posted for a while now.. life been crazy and trying to get ues to this new tool and what it like and dislike are LOL...... but i am now started to feel better

.. i have been out walking and doing a little window shopping.. i am now down 55lbs but have not lost anything for the last 2 weeks so i guess i am in a stand still so i hope i am loseing inches.. yes i miss you all too and i think about you guys all the time even thought i don't post alot.. well off to pay a few bills and take my nanny to appt and then tommrow night i have a home cook show in waterville ... so talk to you all later and take care ....

sorry it is Taste of home cook show.. they have one every year here in waterville.. the show sell out with in a few hours oh tickets going on sale ...... it something that i do with my mom and nanny every year now ....
