OMG...French Toast

Yesterday Sean & I took the kids out for breakfast....they love going out for breakfast.  We usually go to Lake Region House of Pizza in Bridgton cause they have an all you can eat buffet and they don't charge me for my meal.  I decided I wanted to try the French Toast...OMG I was n heaven and I DIDN'T DUMP!!!  Oh it was so good with my usual scrambled eggs.  I'm not a breakfast eater so it was a bit of a worrisome meal but this morning the scale was down almost a 1lb!!

That's awesome...Good for you !! 

Breakfast was my favorite meal out before surgery - going to a breakfast buffet is a bonus!

I love the buffet and though I don't eat much it feels "normal".  I have a "restaraunt card" from Dr. L so they only charge me for a kids meal which is an added bonus!!

Oh French Toast!! My Favorite!!  did you have the Real Maple Syrup and you didn't dump?  Scary!!
