Hi all,
I haven't been around cause my computer has a poltergist in it, somedays it works and somedays it doesn't.  My house had a lightening strike that took out my phones and computer and cable back in July sometime and nothing has been the same since.

So hi everyone, hope you are all doing well.

Had my 6 mo check up with Dr. Loggins.  FINALLY saw him, he has been out of the house both check ups before, I wes get my feelings really hurt.

Well, i have lost 78% of my excess body fat in 6 months. My numbers are great, total cholesterol 185-from 235, A1C perfect so no diabetes and get this one.

My BP-  121/44!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was 160/90 ON medication before. I wasn't even sure you could live at a bp that low LOL

So Dr Loggins is very proud of my progress and so am I!!

And this morning the scale hit 156 which is an 80 # weight loss since I started in Jan!!
TO God goes the glory!!  I lost 4 pounds in the last week, and had been pretty low energy and wondered, with my rotten mood what was going on...well...my body was getting ready to release some more fat and there you go.  So it was a 4 # monthly loss, stalling for 4 weeks but I really don't get too worried cause I know the tool is working and I trust it.

Huge open house last weekend, worked my a++ off(obviously, right???!!) and ONE person came.  I don't think the weather helped.

Everyone who is going to Terri's ordination tomorrow, my thoughts and prayers will be with you, wish I could be there, too.

Hey, Kate, we've missed you, I was thinking you were at the Fair and were busy.  Boy, I"m sorry things are so tough at this point trying to sell a house.  Its so scary, we're moving our savings from our Credit union too, its not safe there.  all our checks are direct deposit there, so its just a pain, but man, we need to take care of our stuff.  I have an annuity at AIG, we got really scared there for a while.  Our Son has to move his stuff too.  WE need to do our share now too, no more buying on credit, except for our car and house.  We're all guilty of buying crap on credit at some point or another.  we joked about it being the "American Way"  well, its not funny no more, and so many of us are guilty, we can blame the government all we want, but we need to help and do our share to help.  It just sucks, hope everything works out for you and everyone who is having a tough time.  My best, your doing awesome with your weight loss, and happy you got to see DR. L, finally.  Hey, we got a new Big screen tv, when a transformer near our house was struck by lighting too, Best buy, came over to fix the tv like 5 times and because of the Lemon law, gave us a new one.  we didn't know about the transformer till after about 5 of our neighbors had the same problem and we started talking about it.  Check out your home insurance, it might cover your puter and stuff you lost. ??

Hi Kate, glad your weight loss picked up for you.  I 'm starting to slow waaayyyy down, but I know it would the closer I got to goal.  I know how you feel about the house not selling.  My husband and I moved from Ellsworth a couple years ago and just could not get our house sold.  It was super cute, but took forever.  We ere geting really nervous because we had aready bought this house.  Anyway with much prayer and finally giving it over COMPLETELY to God we sold!!  Unfortunately we took a $25,000 loss.  I know ARGHHH!  I don't mean to discourage you, but encourage you to give it to God.  Just like everything, His will is the way.  Love ya friend.

Been missing you around here!  BUT....glad you got to see Dr Loggins and that things are looking good for you!  Congrats on your weight loss!  You are doing AWESOME!!!!  What an amazing journey!!

Kate it's good to see you back here. Perhaps your poltergeist will go elsewhere with Halloween coming.
Sorry to hear about your lightening strike. Makes you realize how much we rely on electricity and electrical things. CMP once had a power surge which affected my house, fried the answering machine and a tv- they don't cover anything! They claim it comes with the electrical territory and is the homeowner's risk.

CONGRATULATIONS on your weight loss and wonderful labs and BP. 78% body fat gone is very impressive.

OOOOoooo......I want to be one of the ones heading south. I am so NOT ready for winter.
