Monday morning yuck!!! but weeks plan and exercise!!!

Good Morning all!!!

I have done   23 lengths of drive way this morning which was a half hour of walking and  1600  steps.  I just got done   25 minutes   of wii aerobics  doing the step program   Have planned on  maybe another  20 minutes on wii before i go back to work this afternoon.

I watered down my juice  and it doesnt taste too bad.  I use  tropicana  lite oj and  lite cranberry juice and  the added   a half a cup of water..

Lunch is either   turkey rolled over  sour mustard pickle i think  and a hand ful of nuts.

that sounds pretty good right now.  Vitamins  all done

holy cow, you go girl,  looks like i'm running around cleaning my ceiling fans, window sills, bathroom, and stripping all the beds while I should be taking a walk,  thanks for reminding me.  Its a beautiful day here too, the sun just came out.  have a great day,  Cheryl

LOL....I'm having visions of you walking in your driveway....I have a very short driveway and lots of nearby neighbors who would think I'm crazy walking around my driveway!

Go Patty!

Today I walked about 1/2 mile before taking off for the day of sightseeing. Did lots of riding, walking in Bar Harbor, Cadillac Mtn.
