newbie here
i have had rny aug 4 2008 im 7 weeks out, haveing my ups and downs like anyone i guess , i started a 567 pounds jan1 (which is hard for me too even think about ) im down too 387pounds last friday . im having alot of trouble with meats my stomach hates it rate now , i have too go back too really soft proteins, hope this dont last long

I still have problems with hard protein at times. At first it was bad and all i could eat was hamburger or anything ground up.
then i could eat a little filet mignon.
tuna fish meat cooked in pressure cooker was good.
I do eat dintymoore beef stew in little can about 6 ounce and ravioli in little 4 to 6 oucnce container
just right size
