what ya'll doing on the glorious rainny weekend?

The trees are starting to turn and are just beautiful.  I wish we could go out on our boat to see the foliage, but rain?? Our plans for going to the Roller Derby, dinner and spending night at Hotel, fell thru.  MyFuture Son inLaw and his dgt, wanted to come and spend the day here with us, while my DD works with my DS.  DS was short at front desk at Hotel and asked her to fill in.  She needed extra money so said sure.  She actually was his boss there back when he was in college and now he is her boss, she has since left to become a teacher for Children w/Autism.  "She Loves it"... anyway  so this little girl is 7, she has lots of behaviors and gets no attention from her mom and is just craving for Love and attention and ABsolutely Loves coming here to see mamaG, so I planned a whole day for her, they are even spending the night so the guys can work on projects and watch football tomorrow.  Eve & I are making cupcakes, then decorate them, make cement garden plaque,  watch a movie, home made french fries (SHE loves to cook with me & NO i'm not eating that stuff, I always cook like this and make my own special foods), oh, and going in the hot tub in the Rain.  (she is all silly about that) I bought some neat stuff to decorate the cakes and she is bringing her easy bake to make her own. I'll take some pics.  I'm going to have a blast.  I am taking out all my halloween and fall decorations and will have her help me decorate the house.  Tomorrow is Football day here, so we pretty much have a party every Sunday here.  anyway,  shhhhh don't want to brag but (I lost another lb)  I'm affraid to get on scale now, that it will stop.  What you guys doing this weekend?  Enjoy and have a great time...

We have company, SIL, BIL and neighbors from Garland Texas  visiting through Wednesday. We are hoping to show them the sights here. The 2 neighbors haven't been to Maine before. Not sure but Acadia, Bar Harbor area are probably on the road trip,

DH showed them around Rockland, Rockport area. Went toa Avena botanicals ( natural elixers and creams/lotions) the Furniture school in Rockport, Lie-Neilsen tools ( Don is a hobbiest furniture maker), Camden, Camden Hills Park- drove to the top to view the coast line of Camden.
Lobster is on the menu some night- at home. They seem to be enjoying their visit and I am behaving on my liquids.

I knew you could do it, I am proud of you.  Just keep busy, I would think that was the trick.  But, boy the Lobster would prob. do me in.  Can you puree it?? hehe  have a great time..  Hugs, Cheryl

I so far have a very quiet week-end  - no plans - did my social thing Wednesday when we spent the day at my camp. Here's a pic of it - my avatar is the view from it - looking at Cadillac Mountain.



Oh....and since the housekeeper hasn't shown up for work this week....looks like I'll have to clean the house myself - sheese - hard to find good help, eh?    And.....what I really want to do is work on a beading project.

Gee cheryl.... sounds like you have a busy day....  I'm coming ova  so you can keep my kiddos busy too!  she's 7  mine is 6 !    I had plans to do stuff outside but that blew up,  and know I am bored outta my mind!    ( i lost another lb too!)   and i didnt even exersize yesterday.....

well Jessica, I think I will have my hands full with just her, lol  she can be a hand ful.  and, way to go on the scale.  Boy, Corinne will be so happy.  Have fun, go shopping, hehe

Sound like you guys are having A LOT of fun!  I have to bring DD to lunch with her field hockey team at 12 and I'll prolly go to the gym while I am waiting to pick her up.  Gonna try to list a bunch of stuff on ebay today to see if I can make some $$$!!!  I have jackets and tshirts and SCUBS coming out my ears!!!!  YIKES!   Wish me luck on making some $$ so I can get some WINTER clothes!!!!!  WOOHOO!!!!

Congrats on the weight loss you guys!!!!!!!  That's awesome!!!!   (btw....I've lost 2 in the past 2 days too!!  WOOHOO!!  Stall broken!!!!  Guess that's what not feeling your best does for you!  haha!!!!)

way to Go Ruth, sounds like fun "GYM" yaa hoo.... you just go to check out those hunks don't you?  and 2 lbs.  can't complain. hope your feeling better today.  I'll off now, probably won't have time to come back often today,  Eve hates it when we don't pay attention to her, she actually comes over and pushes all the keyboard buttons,  OH, boy, need to get my patience today.
