One Year Post-op appt

Had a great one year appt with Dr. Loggins and Corinne this AM. All of blood work looks great (Vitamin D is a hair low) and I've lost 93 PERCENT OF MY EXCESS BODY WEIGHT! Holy cow!!!!! That's just amazing to me!

Dr. Loggins thinks those last 10 pounds that I want to lose is probably the extra skin in by belly and that with plastic surgery it'd probably come off. Hmmmm. That's really something to consider!

Crystal took a picture of me and asked if I wanted a print out of my picture from my first visit. She printed up 8x10's for me and I cried. Corinne got teared up too. I can't even remember looking like that! It's amazing! Here's a crappy camera phone pic of the print outs, but you'll get the idea! HOLY COW!

HOLY CRAP GIRL!!!!!!!  You look AMAZING!!!!!  You are doing so well!!!!!!! Glad all your labs are good too!!!!  What an INSPIRATION!!!!!!  CONGRATS!!!!!!!

WOW Summer!!!  That is amazing.  I have watched the entire year and it still stuns me to see the 'before and after' side by side.  You were beautiful then and you still are! 
I am thrilled that your labs look good and that he thinks you have done as well as I keep telling you that you have done (kwim?)

all i can say is WOW! you look awesome and must feel so much better. it's a lot easier to get on the floor and play with your little man too.

What can I say that hasn't been said? Summer you look wonderful . You worked that tool quite well you should be so proud.

93%  - Somehow I missed that part yesterday.  Awesome!!!  I am only at 91% lost...but I have no ambitions to lose more.  (Can we be friends again now that you have lost more % than me?)
