Need some Help

Ok I just wanted to know if anyone can give me some ideas...
What do people eat that has a lot of protien and not alot of sodium?  I'm having a hard time with this .  Maybe someone can give me an example of what they eat on an average day.  I dont do the protien drinks.   Please and thanks !

Just a few ideas.........
Tuna........9g protein in 2 ounces
scallops.........23g of protein in 4 ounces
chicken.........26g protein in 4 ounces
shrimp.....23 g protein in 4 ounces
soy nuts......10g protein in 1/4 cup
protein bars........they vary in protein and calories, just gotta check out labels

Ruth has given you good ideas for meals, here are a few for snacks:

boiled eggs
almonds
yogurt
cheese sticks
PB2 on a wasa cracker

milk
tofu
sf ff pudding mix with 1% milk
lean quizine (rarely cuz of the sodium)
today I had chicken club and it has 24g protein but high in sodium so only treat once a week.
