14 days and counting
Today I start the 2 weeks of pre-op high protein liquids. Chocolate HP slim fast for breakfast. I made some SF jello and have SF popsicles in the freezer and a variety of protein powders, HP slim fast, SF Instant breakfast, Unjury unflavored and chicken soup. Has anyone made the pumpkin unjury pudding? I have the recipe for that.
I go for my EKG this morning and then to work. I have baggies with protein powder to mix into milk for my snacks and meals.
I realized while organizing all my papers and mail for WLS that my 1st stage of meeings, the informational session and support group was Oct 10, 2007. I will be 1 year from that for surgery!

You are on your way, Emily, and the time will fly by. The first couple of days are tough but after that some hormone or other takes over and you become staisfied...I can honestly tell you, and Idid the liquids for 3 1/2 weeks, that it is going to be fine..and easier than you think, becuase at the end of it all....the prize...a tool that will let you KEEP it off!!!
