I  just figured out that   moody blue eyes and black fly bites is the same person.  duhhhh sure took me  long enuf!!!!


Most of the foods you told me you ate  more of are what i call slider  foods.   And you can eat more of those than  steak or  chicken  or ham.  I find  the harder proteins  i eat less.

Yah...I dropped the BlackFlyBites when I started doing my YouTube Vlog as MoodyBlueEyes so folks could find me easily in both places!

I have decided to be vigilent about weighing my proteins out (since I have no problems getting those in) and if I feel a need to eat more of something, to eat veggies as you suggested. I love veggies so that shouldn't be a problem for me especially after next week when I can add salad into my meal plan. I think that will fill me up nicely!
