My bad!
Remember those Revival Soy Chips I brought to our summer gathering? Well, I have been DYING for something salty and crunchy and broke down and opened a pack of the lightly salted ones. I ate half a bag yesterday and the other half today. Why is that bad? I haven't been given the go ahead to eat any flour products yet...not until next week. Uh oh...between this and my too big serving sizes (3/4 cup per meal) and minimal exercise, I am no longer the poster child for weight loss surgery. I dread seeing Amanda on Tuesday because I know my weight loss is less than it should be at this point in time. I mean, I am happy with it, and my measurements are going down and I am feeling great, but I know I should have lost more, and would have probably if I was exercising more. I just know that I won't until I get to Michigan and join Curves next month. No point in beating myself up over it, I guess, but I just wanted to be accountable to all of you. Thanks for listening...
You'll be fine Terri, you did it, its over, tomorrow is a new day. I've done it, more then once. This isn't easy, for me anyway, so many are doing so well, I guess I'm not a poster child either. haha, far from it. I've flunked out !! You are doing great, and even if you don't loose 6 lbs a week, and you go slower I still believe it is healtier for you, you'll feel better, your nutrition, and blood work will be much better. Keep up the good work. Hug, Cheryl
It ain't flour(wheat) it's soy and if you can have soy yogurt, why not bake it up, salt them and call them crisps. Relax!! What would have been your choice before??? I think you are doing fantastically(how's my grammar????) You will amaze yourself.
