6 week check up...

Hello all...I went and saw Dr. Clough yesterday and everything looks good so I dont have to go back and see him until my 6 month anniversary from surgery which is in January, yeah! I met with Amanda the dietitian and she said I am doing great and what I am eating is great so all is well there...A total with what I lost during liquid diet and all is over 60 lbs. It might be a little bit more because like I said in my last post, I have been retaining fluid...But I am still so excited with that loss...I can't remember when I go back to see the dietitian but when I do its the hour and a half class...So all in all it was a good visit, much better than my 2 week visit when I was sooooooooooooo sick. Off to go get my blood drawn today sometime for my cumadin levels to make sure its where its supposed to be, it wasn't when I had it done Monday, so hoping it is today. Oh for those of you that dont know cumadin is a blood thinner and they said I would probably be on it atleast a year to make sure I dont get any more nasty blood clots. Hope all are doing well losing those pounds! Take care...Angela

there ! finally , you sound back on the healthy road and seem very happy. Good for you and keep taking that cumadin. Congratualtions 60 lbs is unreal. I'm so jealous..
