well guys, I had a bad day yesterday, started off good, was hungry around 10am and took 2 bites from a left over pork chop and was sick/slimed again, the scary part was I had a dentist appt at 11:00. OMG, phew it took me about 35 mins and It worked its way out.  I need to slow down and chew and cut up my pieces smaller.  this is the 3rd time.  anyway, I really dont think I am too full (MY Band) I just think I"m at fault.  so yesterday for the rest of the day I ate alot of mushie foods to give my band a break and I know I took in more calories.  I got on scale this morning and it went down a lb.  WTH???  anyway.  I think I'm going to up my calories.  I"m not loosing at 1200, before surgery I was eating 1400 and was loosing consistantly, slow but loosing.  I'm going to try it for a few weeks.  so, today

Exercise:
Weekly Goal 5 hours
Thurs & Fri  NO TIME, packing camper and groceries,  will walk alot this weekend camping.
Total: 30 mins

we all have those bad days, but you are on the right track!!   I was throwing up constantly in my first 3 months, but I finally learned my lesson. Congrats on the loss!!  You are right as far as upping the calories, sometimes that is just what your metabolism needs.

B: Kashi Go-Poop and 1/2 cup Skim Milk

S: Small Banana

L: Chicken Stir Fry (It is Thursday! Cafe' at work has great stir fry)

 

Exercise:  I am going to try and walk after work, no curves on Wed.

GO POOP?? what is that?  I"m going to do groceries with my mom today, I'm affraid I might need a drink when I get home, wow, she sure can send me into a tailspin!!!  Thank God for my sister who deals with her most of the time.  My poor Dad, he told my DH a few years back, he said "YOU know, I earned my wings, don' t you"?? after an emotional 4 hour ride to vermont with her.  lol

I'm not a fan of the Kashi cereal anymore. I have 2 unopened boxes of it in my pantry, I'll bring them with me next time I go with my daughter to one of her support groups in Lewiston to see if anyone wants them.
