well, good news, scale didn't go up from weekend, that's a first... didn't go down either...
Mon: mow lawn 45 mins, power walk 10, arm video 5 mins =60 + stack wood 35 mins.
weekly goal: 5 hours
weekly total: 3hrs & 35 mins (rough week, won't make the 5 hour goal, BUT, I havn't given up and I'm going to try to get 4 at least, I also didnt' count the FLee Market walking, which was a few hours, but not cardio so am skipping it)

FOOD:
B: 2 coffee's & Almonds (13)
L: 2 veg burgers, slice cheese, lcarb flat bread
s: Almonds (15)
D: veg crumbles, broccoli, slice tom, slice cheese

LOL..... I saw your title and it reminded me of a friend of mine who got a nordic track for christmas one year.....she was using it and everytime her arm came back she took a bite of fudge that was in her hand.....her husband pointed out to her that one activity might cancel out the other.....
