What did you eat......Sunday edition!

B:  protein drink
S:  lf cheese stick
L:  salad with turkey, lf dressing, salsa
S:  turkey jerky
S #2:  lte chips
D:  low carb, lf pizza (eggface type stuff)

Vitamins....DONE!   Fluids......43oz so far!
Exercise:  walking at the flea markets.........then, 35 mins on stationary bike and arm ex's

Lost track, was a bad girl today...I'll be back tomorrow.... grabbed a piece of turkey in car on way home, after RUth dropped me off and barely made it home ".....after I felt better, I grazed and was bad...  as for my weekly goal, I didnt' make it this week, will start over again on Tues with another 5 hour goal...

breakfast      rye toast  with  peanut butter 
banana

applesauce for snack

lunch  a half  of tuna  sandwich

dinner
artichoke bottoms  had that  an hour before   supper
fried scallops  10
one half small bake potato

all my fluid in
vitamins done

think i will got get the  sugar free ice cream out of the big freezer

milk  for snack before bed
