D: low carb, lf pizza (eggface type stuff)
Vitamins....DONE! Fluids......43oz so far!
Exercise: walking at the flea markets.........then, 35 mins on stationary bike and arm ex's

Lost track, was a bad girl today...I'll be back tomorrow.... grabbed a piece of turkey in car on way home, after RUth dropped me off and barely made it home "
.....after I felt better, I grazed and was bad... as for my weekly goal, I didnt' make it this week, will start over again on Tues with another 5 hour goal...
