I've been slackin.......Friday, What ya eating???
Been a very busy week around here! I took that 2 1/2 hour test today and I really think that I flunked...big time! I won't get fired or anything, it's just very disappointing!!!!!! When the proctor told us we had 15 minutes left, I still had 20 questions to answer! Needless to say, I had to rush! Not good! Oh well........
B: protein shake 17g prot, 110cals
S: testing...no time!
L: salad with turkey 11g prot, 100 cals
S: no time!
D: scallops and veggies (added a few extra scallops as I'm low on protein!) 28 g prot, 125 cal
S; gotta find something hig in protein!
fluids: waayyy behind....43oz so far
Vitamins: done!!!!!
exercise: 1.5 hours at the gym, 45 mins of that was cardio
