I can't tell you how excited he was. He is doing so well. I talked to his teacher this morning cause somehow he forgot his jacket yesterday. She told me that he is just blowing her away. He is such a little reader already. He understands basic multiplication. lol His teacher said to me she plans to challenge him this year. I was a little sad but he was so ready to go as was my daughter way back when lol she is in middle school this year. I was just happy for him cause of his happiness. He has got the good behavior green star everyday so far. How proud am I :-)

Kathy  thanks for sharing. It brought back such memories.  I remember wondering throughout the day what my daughter or son was doing, how'd they like school lunch, were they making friends?
It never changes though. When #1 child, DD went to USM we helped her move in, get things in order, the next morning I bawled my eyes out.

Always a Mom- no matter how old they get.

DD is now 28, married w/ DGS. DS is almost 26 (on Monday) with a nice GF.
