MY day's Exercise Goal

So since I have about 10 hours to keep myself busy today I am going to try to get these exercise goals done.

1.  Power walk 10 mins.  DONE
2. stack wood   10 min DONE
3. arm and cardio vlog 15 minsDONE 
4.  Power walk #2 10 mins. DONE

5. finish pile of wood  25 mins DONE


Fri= 70 mins. DONE
2 hours done Goal 5 hours for the week (this is gonna be tough to reach this week) my bones are hurting just thinking about it. but, I"m going to give it the old college try.  Ruth your gonna have to walk me hard on Sunday.  (can I count that)??

7 miles, holy **** what did you do? walk?  funny you say that, I pulled something in my Ass doing lunges today, I was hurting to get this all done, BUT, didn't use it as an excuse, took some advil and sat in Hot Tub in rain, who cares, it was awesome.

NO I DID THE STATIONARY BIKE,  IT KILLS THE BUTT THOUGH.   BUT I WORK OUT HARDER!

I ACTUALLY went to the gym today!!  WOOHOO!!!  (I've been doing some stuff at home, when I have time, but I prefer the gym!!)  Did 35 mins on the eliptical, 10 mins on the bike and all my arm and leg stuff.....I'm tired now!!!!!!!!  Good night!  NOT!  haha
