Saturday Feed Bag

Okay, need to do this everyday to keep track.

Yesterday:

B - greek yogurt vanilla/blueberry protein shake  (30g)

S - 4 pretzel sticks  (1g)
      1 oz. beef jerky  (11g)

L - Chili w/cheese  (24g)
     6 pretzels (6g)

D - greek yogurt vanilla/banana protein shake (30g)

Before bed:  12 oz. skim milk w/splenda

82 oz fluids, 102g protein, all my vits

Good afternoon Heather!   You did really great and I am proud of you.

Yesterday:

B- 16 oz coffee, 1 cup cream of wheat made with 3/4 cup 2% milk

L- 4 chicken nuggets and 1/2 cup of easy mac

D- 3 oz jerk seasoned baked chiken breast, pasta shells with parmesan cheese & sweet peas

S- string cheese


73 grams of protein I need to up that 96 oz of fluids and all my vitamins.

Thanks Cira...you did too!  I'm trying to do better as I've been so tired lately and I know how important it is especially early out!

Yes you are right it is very important to do better so you can reach your goal before the honeymoon phase ends.

Yesterday for me:

B- 1/2 Mikes famous Healthy Egg Mcmuffin with 2% cheese and canadian bacon on wheat english muffin. 14g protein in HALF of one.

S-Choc protein Bar with 20g protein

L- Shrimp Salad (4 ounces)

D-Homemade chicken tacos I tolearted 2 hard shell tacos with ground chicken lettuce and 2% shredded cheese. I didnt even get that full feeling. Got in plenty of protein!

S- Sugar Free Cherry Jell-o

All fluids and vitamins WOOT WOOT!!
