I'm Baaaaaack!!! Update...
I saw Pat for a fill and got 1cc added to my band for a grand total of 8cc. To my surprise I still had the 7cc in there with nothing missing. I thought some might dissipate during my pregnancy. The fill is settling in nicely today and seems to be perfect! For breakfast I had 1 packet of reduced sugar oatmeal, lunch I managed a chicken tender and a few bites of beans, and dinner I had a tiny tin of potted meat (Tia I know you LOVE that stuff! lol) with about 10 TJs mini Multiseed crackers. I'm LOVING my fill level!!!
While I was at Bayview I opted into a study that the urology department is heading along with the bariatric docs. They want to see if band patients are at a higher risk of kidney stones like malabsorptive surgeries like GP. The urologist I spoke to believes bandsters are not at any added risk because we don't have the vitamin deficiencies (I'd have to agree), but we'll see. No compensation, but heck, I'll pee for 24 hours in a jug for the sake of science!!!
AND, most of you know I was laid off in June and just decided to stay home until after my pregnancy, well, I have two interviews next week. One with a private primary school and another with a university; both are accountant positions and located just off I-83; perfect for while we are in Maryland and closer to Pennsylvania for that transition (work in MD/live in PA). The private primary school has on site daycare for employees children AND free tuition. I'm hoping for this one to be a good fit for me and the employer!!! That's it in a nutshell. I promised I'd be more active once I had Lacie and got my post baby fill, so HERE I AM!!!
I am so happy to read that you are doing great after having the baby. Congratulations on the weight loss that is fantastic. Glad that the fill is working great and soon when you come to see you will reach your goal in no time.
I want to wish you the best and I hope you get the job that you prefer. That job you want sounds wesome and I pray that you get it.
Good luck with everything and it was great to hear from you.
Hugs to you and the girls.
I am who I am and accept my feelings wholeheartedly.
Those that mind don't matter, and those that matter don't mind.

Comparison is the thief of joy!
If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished. Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago. I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits! Wherever you are in your journey ... It's ALL good!!!
we are good .. exhausted but good. Down 6 people in my department with no hope of hiring . and 2 in his .. so we get home from work pretty beat up .. but looking on the bright side .. 1093 days til projected retirement date... lol

I love my job and really enjoy being busy and the responsibility that I have . but right now there's more than a bit of stress that is likely to continue for a while .. ..
