THE FEED BAG
Hmmmm.....Super Bowl weekend!!! Does that mean loads of junk food for you, or are you making something wls friendly? I'm making a s/f Splenda cheesecake that I found on their site. I'll let you know how well it's received (or not) on Monday and share the recipe!!!
Yesterday:
B - Greek yogurt with granola
S - Banana
L - 2 Taco Bell Meximelts
S - Apple
D - Italian wedding soup
S - Venti Skinny Vanilla Latte
All my fluids, all my vits!!!!

Well we are not doing anything special for SBS but maybe I will have Gino make some teriyaki chicken wings and some buffalo wings to much on. I will make sure to have healthy snacks to have while Gino watches the game. I jus****ch thighs and butts. lol
Yesterday I did so much better than the past few days.
B-16 oz coffee with Vanilla chai spice creamer
Brunch- 1/2 cup Turkey salad with light mayo, lettuce, celery and tomatoe on a huge green leaf lettuce
D- (early dinner) one hot dog on a slice of wheat bread and 1/2 cup of baked beans
S-1 small piece of birthday cake. then later 1/2 cup of homemade macaroni meat & spaghetti sauce with some melted mozarella cheese.
All my vitamins and 80 oz of fluids

For the most part, I have had a good week this week. My challenge will be to get through this weekend strong. That is where I have been falling off the wagon lately. Rigth now my resolve is strong. I know I CAN do it, I just have to make it fact.
