Sorry I missed yesterday but I was away from my computer and was so tired that day anyway I went home and crashed! Today I have a half day and will find a time to go to my gym or bally's for some type of exercise for an hour. that should help perk me back up.

I really need to get my butt to the gym. I only went 1 day this week. I don't think I can make it tonight but plan on getting there early tomorrow morning.

I did make it to the pool last night. I have social plans tonight, so there will not work out tonight. But I am planning on going tomorrow. I have really fallen away from my weekend workouts. I really want to get back to going at least once on the weekend. I find I eat better too when I incorporate exercise into my weekend.

I managed to make it to the gym for two hours last night. Did about 1 1/2 of cardio and 1/2 hour of toning. Tonight I am going for 1hr of toning and prob 20 mins of cardio!!
