Sugar Free Egg Nog.....

Jilly this all looks so good. I have never really been a fan of egg nog but my mom makes it every year. LOL

No she didnt make it sugar free since I never drink it when she made it before.....LOL. I am sure you cant really tell the difference. If so sprinkle some splenda in your cup to sweet to your taste buds

I've made sugar free Egg Nog before when on the Atkins Diet.  It was really very good.  I might make a small batch to take with me to my sister's for Christmas.  I have some issues with regular milk so I'll have to subsitute almond or soy.

It honestly tasted just like regular eggnog...lighter but that's not a bad thing.  I think I made mine with Equal at the time because Splenda hadn't come out on the market yet.  I'm looking forward to having it with Splenda since I like the taste of it so much better than Equal!!
